Global Recipes
This year, the Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives and Emory Dining are partnering for International Education Week to offer initiatives celebrating global cuisines and recipes.
For Students:
The Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives and Emory Dining invited students to submit their favorite global dish or recipe for a chance to have that dish recreated in Dobbs Common Table during International Education Week (IEW). These dishes could be family favorites, flavors of home, or iconic dishes experienced during travel. Twelve dishes were featured during International Education Week and you may see more submissions featured throughout the year.
If you have any questions, please contact Mark Seals II, Associate Director of Campus Dining, at mark.seals@emory.edu.
For Faculty & Staff:
Emory Dining and the Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives partnered to collect global recipes from Emory faculty and staff for a digital cookbook titled “Flavors of Emory: A Cookbook of Emory Faculty and Staff Global Recipes in Celebration of International Education Week.”
We invited Emory faculty and staff to submit their favorite recipes from around the world. These recipes could be cherished family recipes, culinary memories of travel, or iconic regional dishes that connect Emory faculty and staff to culture and place.
