Global Recipes
Emory Global Engagement and Emory Dining partnership for International Education Week celebrates global cuisines and recipes.
For Students:
In 2024, Emory Global Engagement and Emory Dining invited students to submit their favorite global dish or recipe for a chance to have that dish recreated in Dobbs Common Table during International Education Week (IEW). These dishes could be family favorites, flavors of home, or iconic dishes experienced during travel. Twelve dishes were featured during International Education Week.
We plan to continue this partnership for International Education Week 2025. More information forthcoming.

For Faculty & Staff:
In 2024, Emory Dining and Emory Global Engagement partnered to collect global recipes from Emory faculty and staff for a digital cookbook titled “Flavors of Emory: A Cookbook of Emory Faculty and Staff Global Recipes in Celebration of International Education Week.”
We invited Emory faculty and staff to submit their favorite recipes from around the world. These recipes could be cherished family recipes, culinary memories of travel, or iconic regional dishes that connect Emory faculty and staff to culture and place.
We plan to continue this partnership for International Education Week 2025. More information forthcoming.
