Franzene Minott

Franzene Minott is the Senior Program Coordinator for the Office of Global Strategy and Initiatives at Emory University. In this role, she supports program development for the Office and its reporting divisions, including the Halle Institute for Global Research and Global Services. She also leads student engagement for GSI's Atlanta Global Partnerships initiatives. 

Prior to joining Emory in 2019, Franzene taught English in Barcelona, Spain upon completing her undergraduate studies. Her interest in global affairs was influenced by her background as a first-generation Carribean American and reinforced while interning with Atlanta-based international organization, such as the World Affairs Council of Atlanta.

Franzene earned her B.A. in Psychology with a focus in cultural studies and a minor in Political Science from Georgia State University in 2018. She is currently an M.B.A. Candidate at Emory's Goizueta Business School.
