Dr. Jennifer Ducksworth currently advises 25 Rollins School of Public Health student organizations, supporting student leaders in building vibrant, impactful campus communities. She is deeply committed to expanding community and belonging initiatives, including leadership in groups including the First-Gen at Rollins and the Rollins International Student Advisory Board (RISAB).
Jennifer Ducksworth
Dr. Ducksworth brings a spirit of warmth, hospitality, and global perspective to her work in higher education. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Personnel Services and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration, and has dedicated nearly two decades to advancing student success. Her career has included roles as an Academic Advising Coordinator at the University of Southern Mississippi and as a Transition and Graduation Advisor at Georgia State University.
Dr. Ducksworth specializes in learning and development, resiliency training, and holistic life, career, and executive coaching. She currently advises and co-advises, alongside Joanne Williams, 25 Rollins student organizations, supporting student leaders in building vibrant, impactful campus communities. She is deeply committed to expanding community and belonging initiatives, including leadership in groups including the First-Gen at Rollins and the Rollins International Student Advisory Board (RISAB).
Her work reflects a steadfast dedication to empowering students to thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is the proud mother of her daughter, Kaitlin, and finds joy and renewal in quiet moments in nature, especially along the breathtaking beaches of Exuma, Bahamas.
